 By default, Notes calendar entries are not private. So, every time you add a private entry, you must remember to click that option at the top right corner of the calendar entry. And if you forget to do that, it could cause you some embarrassment.

I think that number of unread mail could indicate one's busyness. If that number were to be open to other users, they could take actions other than sending mail, like sametime, call, speak directly. This might I think  help people work smarter.

I do find it necessary that users should be able to change the color of unread mail in the Notes client 8.5 from black to red, either by providing a special mail preference or by providing a seperate theme.

We run our intranet Domino server on a non-standard port. We find that some of the more sophisticated web application list a port in the configuration settings. It would be nice to have TaskJam be one of those upper crust apps too :-)
