Integrate Blueskills "Candidate Profile" with LinkedIn/Xing/Plaxo, etc.

We would be keen if you can help us in integrating our system with social networking sites like LinkedIn or Xing.

Clarification on ownership of data / site

We are still trying to figure out the best approach to this.

We intend the service to be free. We may put advertisements on the site at some stage, but thats a bit away. i.e. It will cost nothing to advertise or place your details.

As for "who owns the data" - its a very valid point and we are working on how to position it.

We discussed this as an option. It would be very hard to moderate/manage but it may be put in - its a great concept though

Damn straight something's not right. Specifically: Ian's approach to interaction within a community on a beta website

    Make key skills multi-value

    - skills should be either checkboxes with "DomDev", "DomAdmin", "DomSupport", "Connections", "Quickr", etc. OR a series of fields into which you enter # years experience (actually don't like that idea) OR better a skill table with radio buttons for each category to select "Beginner" "Intermediate" "Expert".
